After earning his bachelor's degree in business administration, he began building his career through a series of progressively senior financial roles at industry-leading companies, including Magna International, Saargummi, and Continental. These experiences exposed him to complex operational environments, advanced manufacturing structures, and the demands of global financial management.

With more than ten years of experience in the automotive sector, Ed has developed a deep understanding of financial strategy, cost management, and performance improvement within manufacturing and distribution environments. Most recently, he served as CFO at MBRP Ltd., where his leadership played a key role in strengthening financial discipline and driving EBITDA growth. He is known for his analytical mindset, collaborative leadership approach, and ability to translate financial insights into meaningful business decisions.

Ed's extensive experience, strategic perspective, and proven track record of delivering results make him a valuable addition to our executive team. His knowledge, expertise, and leadership continue to support Spectra Premium's long-term objectives and strategic vision.

Our Engineering organization is led by Bernard Blouin, Chief Technology Officer (CTO), who has been a cornerstone of Spectra Premium since joining the company in 2002. With more than two decades of dedicated service, Bernard brings deep technical expertise, valuable historical perspective, and strategic vision to the advancement of our engineering initiatives.

As CTO, Bernard oversees the development and execution of the company's engineering and technology strategies. Under his leadership, the team drives continuous innovation, ensuring that our products, processes, and technical capabilities evolve alongside the rapidly changing automotive landscape. His guidance has been instrumental in strengthening our engineering foundation, advancing product development, and supporting the long-term competitiveness of Spectra Premium.

Dave brings with him a distinguished background in the OEM and Tier markets, corporate strategy, and brand development. Throughout his career, he has built a strong reputation for developing meaningful customer relationships, enhancing commercial performance, and delivering consistent, measurable results. His deep understanding of market dynamics, combined with his strategic mindset, positions him as a key leader in supporting Spectra Premium's continued growth.

At Spectra Premium, Dave oversees all commercial functions, including Aftermarket sales, category and product management, OEM sales, and marketing. He plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's go-to-market strategy and ensuring consistency in how Spectra Premium engages with customers across every channel.

Dave is responsible for driving all aspects of the company's sales and business development initiatives. He ensures alignment between marketing, sales, and product strategy across both our Aftermarket and OEM segments, helping position Spectra Premium for sustained growth and a stronger presence in the markets we serve. His expertise and leadership will be instrumental as we continue advancing our vision and expanding our impact across the industry.

Dinesh oversees all aspects of Spectra Premium's Supply Chain, including the procurement of direct and indirect materials as well as the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process. In this role, he plays a pivotal role in advancing operational efficiency, driving innovation, and fostering a culture of employee engagement and collaboration across the organization.

He brings more than 20 years of global leadership experience in procurement and supply chain transformation across the automotive, industrial, and metals sectors. Most recently, as Chief Procurement Officer at CentroMotion, he unified three independent supply chain organizations across 22 global sites, delivering $30 million in cost savings and $50 million in inventory and working capital improvements within two years.

Previously, as Vice President of Global Supply Chain at ABC Technologies, he led enterprise-wide procurement and logistics initiatives across more than 30 operations worldwide, achieving $25 million in cost reductions and a 30% reduction in inventory levels. He also centralized and optimized procurement at Samuel, Son & Co., releasing $90 million in working capital, and helped transform Kirchhoff Automotive's North American supply chain following the 2008 financial crisis.

Dinesh is recognized for transforming decentralized operations into integrated, data-driven supply chain organizations that consistently deliver measurable financial and operational results.

Kelsey Jones has been promoted to Director of Human Resources at Spectra Premium. In this new role, Kelsey leads our Human Resources organization across all locations. This position is central to Spectra Premium's continued growth and success, carrying significant responsibility for shaping our people strategy, strengthening organizational culture, and ensuring that HR practices support our long-term business goals.

Kelsey has been a dedicated and highly respected member of Spectra Premium for nearly a decade. Throughout her tenure, she has demonstrated a strong ability to adapt, lead, and deliver results in an evolving business environment. She began her career supporting the shipping department, quickly demonstrating a natural talent for problem-solving, communication, and relationship building. Her strengths and initiative soon led her to transition into Human Resources at the Indianapolis Distribution Center, where she supported day-to-day HR operations while taking on increasingly complex responsibilities.

Over the years, Kelsey has significantly expanded her impact, becoming a trusted leader in talent acquisition, performance management, workforce planning, and HR process improvement. She has been instrumental in leading company-wide initiatives that enhance the employee experience, strengthen leadership capabilities, and ensure HR practices remain aligned with Spectra's strategic priorities. Her deep knowledge of the organization, combined with her strong analytical mindset and people-focused approach, positions her exceptionally well for this next chapter in her career.

Ryan oversees all aspects of Spectra Premium's Manufacturing Operations, including Production, Quality, Maintenance, Tooling, Procurement, Planning, Environment, Health & Safety, and Continuous Improvement. In this role, he plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, advancing efficiency and innovation, and fostering a culture of employee engagement across the organization.

With more than 25 years of experience in manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, and supply chain management, Ryan brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record of leadership. Throughout his career, he has consistently optimized processes, developed high-performing teams, and implemented best practices that deliver measurable performance improvements.

Previously, Ryan worked at Klockner Pentaplast, where his leadership contributed to significant operational success. He has also held key positions at Polar Pak and Demilec Inc., leading initiatives that strengthened production capabilities, improved operational efficiency, and enhanced overall business performance.

Ryan's broad industry knowledge, strategic mindset, and results-oriented approach make him a vital asset to Spectra Premium. His leadership will be instrumental as the company continues to advance its manufacturing capabilities, reinforce its operational excellence, and strengthen its position in the market.
