Testing

We validate each product through rigorous design and process validation testing in-house and by third-party laboratories. Every unit we manufacture is 100% tested using either dry leak testing or pressurized air under water.

Calorimeter testing provides information about the performance of heat exchangers. In compliance with SAE standard J1994, our fully automated equipment commands or monitors all the different fluids for temperature, mass flow and pressure. It can test both radiators with coolant or charge air coolers with air.
